New Devimco Immobilier Mixed-Use Development

Colliers to Handle Leasing of New TOD Quartier Office Towers

Summary

Devimco Immobilier chose Colliers’ comprehensive commercial landlord services due to firm's depth of expertise

Montréal, May 18, 2016 – Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, will handle the leasing of office space in Devimco Immobilier’s recently-announced mixed-use real estate project, TOD Quartier. The mandate’s terms were not disclosed.

Colliers International will market TOD Quartier’s more than 500,000 square feet of office space. The first tower, covering approximately 120,000 square feet, will be delivered in 2018, with the possibility of being connected to a conference centre that can accommodate up to 1,200 attendees.

Perspective Place de la Gare

A true campus for business, the development effectively embodies the “live, work, play” concept. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Montreal in Brossard, the project is easily accessible via highways 10 and 30. Beyond TOD Quartier’s current proximity to public transit, future tenants will be among the first to benefit from the light-rail network scheduled to launch in 2020.

"We are proud to have been selected by Devimco to take on this mandate for the TOD Quartier mixed-use real estate project that is addressing the increasing demand for office space on the South Shore,” said André G. Plourde, Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Montreal. “We are confident this project will appeal to tenants who wish to offer their employees a location that so successfully addresses the business, residential, and recreational needs of today’s professionals.”

"We chose a team of brokers known for their expertise and professionalism,” added Serge Goulet, President of Devimco Immobilier. “We have no doubt they will contribute to our project’s success.”

"This partnership further highlights Colliers’ proven capability to lead office space leasing mandates for major real estate development projects such as TOD Quartier,” said Andrew Maravita, Managing Director of Colliers International, Québec. “We look forward to using our market knowledge and experience to achieve Devimco Immobilier’s goals for the project.”
